3. The Romtelecom Subscribers present on the website have agreed to allow their personal data processing and they were informed by Romtelecom on the rights stated by Law no. 677/2001, especially:
a. the access right (to obtain from the data-controller, upon request, and free of charge for one time each a year, the confirmation of the fact that the data concerning him/her are or are not being processed by Pagini Aurii),
